What Is Powder Coating?
Powder coating is a modern method of applying paint in the form of a fine electrostatic powder. The paint particles are attracted to the metal surface and then cured in an oven at high temperature (approx. 180°C). The result is a smooth, uniform, and highly durable coating—without drips, streaks, or surface imperfections.
This process is fully automated, and its main advantages include:
