Production at Consiglio International is a fully integrated process – from concept development and component preparation to assembly and logistics. Cutting and Punching – Precision Begins with the First Step
The manufacturing process begins with cutting or punching sheet metal, tubes, and profiles. We use 2D and 3D lasers, as well as turret punching machines, which allow extremely precise and repeatable shaping of components. Thanks to automation and digital control, each part maintains perfect geometry and edge quality—without the need for additional processing.
Bending and Forming – Flexibility in Every Dimension
The next stage is bending sheets and profiles. Our machine park includes multiple press brakes and bending centers that allow us to produce both single components and thousands of repeatable elements in a short time. We also offer tube and profile bending, enabling us to manufacture more complex spatial structures.
Welding and Joining – The Power of Technology and Experience
Component joining is performed using MIG/MAG, TIG, and spot welding methods. For large production series, we use robotic welding stations that ensure high repeatability and minimize the margin of error. We also operate a modern laser welding station—a technology that delivers clean, aesthetic, and exceptionally strong welds.
Powder Coating – Durability and Aesthetics
After the mechanical processes are completed, components move to our powder coating facility, where they receive their final appearance and corrosion protection. Powder coating is an environmentally friendly technology—solvent-free and allowing the recovery of excess powder. As a result, finished products are not only visually appealing but also highly resistant to external conditions.
Assembly and Logistics – Finished Product Ready for Shipment
At the final stage of production, we perform prefabrication, assembly, and order completion. Every product is properly secured and prepared for transport, and if necessary, stored in our warehouses. With our in-house logistics facilities, we can maintain continuity of deliveries and respond flexibly to customer needs.
